THE FIRST STEP: WE WILL COME TO YOU!

Our philosophy at Premier Window & Vinyl is to keep things simple. Shopping for home improvement products can sometimes get very complicated, if you let it. The first thing we do is schedule an appointment at your convenience. We then come out identify the projects or needs you have in mind along with the amount you have budgeted for those projects. After inspecting and measuring for project improvements, we will show you some in home samples of the materials and products that will not only fit your budget, but give you many years of beauty, energy efficient and low maintenance performance.

SECONDLY: WE WILL BE THERE FOR YOU FROM START TO FINISH AND BEYOND!

 Once the materials have been selected we will explain the installation process along with lead times, follow up visits, quality inspections and warranties. Unlike many of your big box stores or corporate affiliates, of which a service or warranty issue may occur, there is good possibility you will not be dealing with the same person who installed it but may end up being a different department altogether, whereas any warranty issues that may occur with us, will be handled directly by us, the same professionals who installed it.
